Get ready to beat the “Sunday scaries” - the latest Chief of Stuff Magazine is here! Our fourth issue explores the tensions between computer generated/AI versus human creativity. We even tasked ChatGPT to write an article for us! Can you guess which one?

We’re big believers that technology can be a useful tool when used appropriately, but we also know that there are limitations. That’s why we purposefully chose to fill the entire magazine with stuff that can’t fully be replaced or replicated by technology. In doing so, it’s made us more appreciative of art, originality, craftsmanship, and natural beauty.

Also, I’m excited to share that Chief of Stuff has a new home online! At www.chiefofstuff.org you’ll be able to find all of the magazines and in the future, Substack articles, links to playlists, and more. This is just another way that we’re trying to make stuff more accessible.
